• We have a ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ system.  
• Orders placed and accepted by us before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day and delivered the day after. 
• Orders placed and accepted by us before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered by the following Monday. 
• Orders placed and accepted by us after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered the day after. 
• Bank holidays are excluded from the delivery periods above.
• Requesting a different delivery date should be done as soon as possible by contacting customersupportuk@whiteclaw.com. We’ll hold your parcel and dispatch the day before your requested delivery date.
