You can process your order immediately, as opposed to the order date originally scheduled. Please note that after an order is processed, the next charge date will be recalculated based on the chosen frequency of your subscription.  


For example, if today is January 1st & you select to process your subscription order now, the next order will now occur on February 1st. 


To process your subscription immediately please follow these steps:


 

1. Log into your customer portal.  

2. In the View your next order tab, click Send now.

3. Select Send this order now to confirm.
