Are you over 21?

Yes, you can skip an order within your subscription. Selecting to skip your next order will skip all subscriptions within your order. Please note, that the one-time products can’t be skipped. 

There are two methods you can use to skip an order.

Method 1:

1. Log into the customer portal.  

2. In the View your next order tab, click Skip.

3. Confirm your changes by clicking Yes, skip this order.

Method 2:

1. Log in to the customer portal.  

2. Click the View Upcoming Orders tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. 

3. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to un-skip a delivery, click Un-skip next to the order. 

4. Click Yes, skip this order to confirm your changes.
