To manage your subscription, you must login into the customer portal through your store account login.
If you have not registered for an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address that you used at checkout when you purchased your subscription.
Once your account is registered, you can log in and access this portal by clicking on ' Manage Subscriptions' in the account section.
After you select this, you will be prompted to provide an email address to receive an account invite.
Once you have entered your email address and have clicked 'Get Subscription Login', you will be sent an email with an invitation to create an account. This email provides you with a magic link to this customer portal, where you can then manage your subscription.
